SALON POLICY

Current Salon Policies (call for appointment)

You will be required to wear a mask (at all times) (please be sure to have your mask properly secured to your face, covering your mouth and nose) with a proper filter (please understand this will be checked so please do not forget to wear a filtered mask) while being serviced.
Before entering the salon, you will be required to wash your hands promptly when entering the salon.

Do Not schedule an appointment if you have a bad continues cough, sniffles or most importantly a fever. Please understand the stylist reserves the right to refuse or deny service and reschedule your appointment if she believes you to be sick or if you have even a slight temperature.

If you are constantly coughing and or sneezing, you will first be asked to step out for fresh air to regain yourself, however if the coughing persist you will need to reschedule at a better time. If you get sick after scheduling an appointment, call within the 72-hour cancellation period or ASAP to avoid a cancellation fee and the loss of your deposit.

Going-forward ALL Service appointments will require a deposit of $40 and UP depending on the services. This is a non-refundable scheduling deposit fee, but you are able to transfer it to another service appointment upon rescheduling in the 72-hr. cancelation time frame. Non-refundable fees and deposits will be applied to all your hair services balance.

Your Appointment date will be confirmed after the salon policy information form is signed. Appointments are secured with your non-refundable deposit so respond to date promptly given.
These service appointments have changed to one-on-one catered appointments. I have taken the necessary educational course to update my skills and knowledge to bring you the best possible products and techniques for fabulous healthy hair.

Since the salon is home-based, we are asking that you request restroom services only when needed, not for changing clothes or making phone calls. The restroom is only for bathroom urgencies and is otherwise restricted.
Please try to go before your arrival (however please do not feel the need to hold yourself especially clients who are here 4hrs or longer)

If you are a client who will be here for a longer service, please feel free to bring food or drinks as needed. you will be given time to nourish your body between your service time

COVID-19 CDC guidelines:
1. All clients will be asked to wash their hand or use hand sanitizer when entering the salon.
2. All clients must have a mask with a filter (please bring your own masks). Your mask must only go around your ears, in order for me to service you.
3. The salon will be disinfected between All clients. So, if you arrive early for your appointment, you will be asked to remain in your vehicle until the Salon is clean and the stylist is ready for you. Wait time will be no longer than 10-15mins, so please avoid being dropped off at the salon to Avoid inconvenience on you and the client to follow. If you have no other choice than to be dropped at the salon your ride must be waiting at the least 20mins before completion.
4. ALL CLIENTS MUST TEXT OR CALL UPON ARRIVAL, YOU WILL THEN BE DIRECTED TO ENTER THE SALON WHEN THE STYLIST IS READY TO SERVES YOU.
5. Electronic payments are our ONLY source of payment at this time for hair services, which includes square, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle, money transfers (Navy Federal account)
6. Clients will be LIMITED to what they can bring into the salon. Such as means of payment, cell phone, and keys. If you’re in the process of teleworking and you need to bring your laptop, please notify the stylist before arrival. If possible, please avoid bringing oversized coats into the salon.

Hair Color Consultation - $55

Hair Color Consultation - (call or text for an appointment)
Consultations are necessary and important for a new client. As a new client, a consultation will help you to see the skill and education level of your stylist, as well as to help the Stylist best understand how to help you. During the consultation we will discuss your desired look, your hair history, the health of your hair, and your overall hair goals. When booking a color consultation you will be receive and color consultation form that we will discuss at your consultation visit.

Here is what to expect: Your appointment will last no more than 45mins Please come with at least three clear photos of your desired look. Please understand color services are not Guaranteed and will be based on the overall health and condition of your hair in order to receive the desired service. A potential color client must be willing to go with the Stylist suggested service needs for a healthy color application. A strand test is required to ensure the integrity and porosity of the clients hair. Consultation appointment are REQUIRED for all color clients. The actually color service can NOT be booked the same day as the consultation.

The fee for this service MUST be paid at the booking of this service appointment. Please visit "Forms of Payment" to make a deposit/payment for your service. This service can be done remotely (over zoom) or in person (in the Salon).

Within 24hrs of your deposit payment you will receive a consultation form to fill out before your consultation visit. We will discuss this form at your consultation visit, also please bring 3 inspiration photos of your desired look.

Regular Blowout service - $145

New clients Butterfly Treats come with a 15 min consultation to address your personal concerns about your hair, your hair history and hair goals that you might want to see.

* An additional $25 can be added to your service for Spa Treats.

Your hair is Cleansed with a Shampoo Treatment based on your hair texture or your hair needs. Followed up with a Regular Conditioning Treatment based on your hair needs. (Unless a Deep Treatment has been added to your Service) This will sit on the hair for 8-10mins. The hair is then detangled, followed by a cool rinse to lock the moister with in the hair by closing the hairs cuticle layer.
A leave-in-treatment is applied, and the hair is sectioned for the blowout process. The hair is then blown out straight and bumped into the desired style. The hair is then brushed and combed into the desired style and dressed with a weightless holding spray. This method will leave the hair shiny and moisturized.

Spa Treat Me Right Treatments

Steam Micro Mist Experience - $60

Micro Mist Extreme Steam Treatment
After your Cleansing Treatment, a treatment based on your hair's needs will be massaged into the hair. Your hair will be detangled, you then will be placed under my Micro Mist Steam Machine. This is our top Conditioning treatment, delivering almost instant results for most clients based on the severity of the client's hair condition. The hair's cuticle layer will be open to the micro mist to help the treatment of choice to travel deep into the hair. Giving the hair the nutrients that its needed to rebuild its moister, luster and manageability.

This Service should be performed at least once a month for optimal results.

Nourish Me Olaplex Protein Treatment - $50

After the hair is cleansed, a protein conditioning pack is applied to the hair, root to end. A plastic cap is placed over the hair and the client is placed under a warm hooded dryer if needed. The hair is rinsed with warm water and a moisture pack is applied for 10 minutes. This equalizes the hair, bringing back the hair’s moisture. The hair is then rinsed with cool water. You will see a change in your hair with continued treatment over a period of six months depending on the extent of damage.

Scalp Detox Pre-Treatment - $30

Nourish Me Deep Moisture Mask - $40

After the hair is cleansed, a deep moisture conditioning pack is applied to the hair, mid-shaft to end. A plastic cap is placed over the hair and the client is placed under a warm hooded dryer for 15-25 minutes. This allows the conditioning treatment to penetrate the hair shaft. The hair is rinsed with cool water, closing the cuticle and locking in the moisture. You will see a change in your hair after 3-4 treatments depending on the extent of damage.

Put Me Back Together - $45

Reconstruction Treatment

After the hair is cleansed a conditioning reconstructor is applied to the hair, mid-shaft to end. A plastic cap is placed over the hair and the client is placed under a warm hooded dryer for 15-25 minutes. This allows the conditioning treatment to penetrate the hair shaft. The hair is rinsed with cool water, closing the cuticle and locking in the moisture. You will see a change in your hair after 1-3 treatments depending on the extent of damage.

The hair is cleansed, conditioned, and set with the desired roller size. The client is then placed under a heated dryer for 45 minutes. After the hair is dry, it is plucked out and styled.
